Gem Gloves Fielding Gloves – Limited Warranty

Gem Gloves provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase on all Gem Gloves baseball and softball fielding gloves. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal playing conditions.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers verified defects including, but not limited to:

• Manufacturing flaws in leather or materials

• Stitching or structural defects

• Hardware or components that fail due to workmanship issues

If a defect is confirmed, Gem Gloves will repair or replace the glove at our discretion.

Warranty Period

• Duration: 12 months (1 year) from the original date of retail purchase.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular play

• Cosmetic wear such as scuffs, scratches, or discoloration

• Broken or worn laces due to normal use

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

• Improper break-in methods including, but not limited to:

  • Microwaving

  • Oven or heat treatments

  • Excessive or improper oiling/conditioning

  • Mechanical break-in devices or alterations

Warranty Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

• Clear photos and description of the issue

• Product purchased from an authorized Gem Gloves retailer or official sales channel

Warranty Process

Warranty claims are reviewed by the Gem Gloves team. If approved, customers may be asked to return the glove for inspection before repair or replacement options are provided.
