Gem Gloves Return Policy
At Gem Gloves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy on eligible items that are still in their original condition, UNUSED. Original packaging must be intact.
Please read the Return Policies below.
General Return Guidelines:
- A return refers to sending back an unused item for a refund. Common reasons include the product not fitting or a change of mind.
- All original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product.
- Only retail sales made on www.GemGloves.com are eligible for free returns. Wholesale orders, Event sales, and other 3rd party sales channels are NOT eligible for free return shipping.
- Orders to US48 are eligible. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, other US territories, and internationally are not be eligible for free returns.
Items Marked "Eligible for Free 30-Day Returns":
- Return Window: 30 days from the purchase date.
- Free Return Label: We'll provide you with a free prepaid shipping label.
- Refund Details:
- A 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund, with the remainder refunded to the original payment method.
Items NOT Marked "Free Return Eligible":
- Return window: 30 days from the purchase date.
- Return Label: We'll send a prepaid return label.
- Refund Details:
- The refund will be for the cost of the product only minus any shipping costs incurred by Gem Gloves and a 3% transaction fee.
Items Marked "Not Eligible for Return":
- These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Processing Returns:
All returned items are subject to review by our team. While most returns are processed the same day we receive them, it may take 48 to 72 business hours for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
Exchanges:
Due to fluctuating inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will still be in stock at the time of the return. To ensure availability contact us to purchase the item you want and send back the original item per the above return policy. We will issue a refund for the returned item once received.
Refuse Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of a package, there will be a minimum fee of $20 deducted from your refund.
What happens if you receive a defective item:
If you receive a product that is new in a box without any visible damage from shipping, but the item inside the packaging appears damaged. Please email us at info@smashitsports.com and include photos of both the damaged product and the shipping box.
How to Return Merchandise
We want to make returning merchandise as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:
Step 1: Email Us
- Email us at Info@GemGloves.com with your order number.
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- After submitting the return email, a member of our Customer Service Team will reach out to you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number is required to proceed with your return.
Step 3: Package Your Item(s) for Return Shipping
- Items should be returned in original packaging or a box/package close to the size of original packaging. The use of oversized packages to ship items back to us may result in a reduced refund amount. The amount is to be decided at the sole discretion of Gem Gloves.
- Carefully package the items you are returning. We highly recommend that you use a sturdy box for protection during shipping.
- Important: Do not use the manufacturer’s branded packaging as the outer box. A simple rule to use is, if we did not ship the product to you in only that packaging, do not ship it back to us in only that packaging. Failure to follow this rule will result in a reduced refund amount not to exceed 50% of the price of the item.
Step 4: Ship Your Package
- Bring your packaged return to the nearest shipping center of the service provider displayed on your return label, either UPS or USPS. Make sure to keep the receipt and tracking information for your records.
- Items must arrive back to us no later than 15 days from when label is sent. If you take longer to ship your item, your return may be declined.
